CK Nails will require a credit card on file to make an appointment. A SERVICE CHARGE of 2.5% will be applied when using Credit Cards for payment. For your convenience, you may avoid fees by paying with cash.
Since the Pandemic, there have been an alarming number of no-show appointments and last minute cancellations. This directly affects the well-being of the service providers, as that impacts their paychecks.
You will NOT BE CHARGED at the time of booking. The card will only be charged if:
*Appointments are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. Your card will be charged 50% of the reserved service price.

Is my card safe?
Yes. All credit card information is stored with the credit card company, which is secured and encrypted. CK Nails can only see the last four digits of the card number.
Why has the policy changed?
When clients do not show up, or have last minute cancellations it directly affects your service providers’ income.
We are not fully staffed due to labor shortages. If a technician has a last-minute cancellation, or a no show for an appointment which is scheduled for one to two hours, that is lost wages for those hours.
We request respect for the service providers’ time and income for their families.
Can I still pay cash?
Yes. The card is only on file to reserve your appointment time, or to cover late/no show fees. You have the option of paying with cash, or a different credit card.
